History of Quechos Mexican Grill
QUECHOS Mexican Grill is a local chain of Fast Casual MALAYSIAN-MEXICAN kiosk located in Johor Bahru Malaysia. Serving innovative mexican food with local flavors to suit the needs of local customers.
Quechos was founded by Mohd Ridzuan Bin Mohd Fauzan Fo in 2015 a former chef who was interested in entrepreneurship starting home delivery food business sells mexican food such as burrito, tacos, nachos, quesadilla, enchiladas and salads from his home.

At that moment Ridzuan saw in Johor Bahru no longer halal mexican food sold. Then broke out the idea and the opportunity to introduce this food to customers. After about 2 months of doing sales activities from home, he allocate capital RM6,000.00 to open street kiosks to expand the food so that local people can be easily identified.
Ridzuan seeing mexican food has the advantage in terms of freshness and efficacy of the food compared to fast food. He also combines this food with local flavors such as pulled beef rendang, pulled chicken percik,scrambled egg sambal and fish asam limau purut as a choice of filling.
